Creating accessible team building classes

This year I have been expanding my range of classes and workshops.

Before I left the UK I worked in Project management and process re engineering, never did I think I would use these skills in my own business.

It's been fun to lean into these skills, and create short sessions that can be adapted for different environments. With a fully mobile silversmithing kit I have been able to take my classes into the city, into corporate spaces and school class rooms and make meaningful, creative sessions.

They are perfect:

As a reward for a hard working team

To thank key suppliers or high value clients

To build and develop different skills

To create the sense of achievement that comes with making something with your own hands from scratch.

2025 is going to be a big year for me as I continue to take classes on the road, and keep refining them to make them accessible.

I will share two case studies over the coming weeks and am so excited about this journey.

I’ve been designing websites for more than 15 years and founded Webby Web Design in Melbourne, Australia. My business and digital strategy background means I approach each project holistically, balancing aesthetics with smart business results. I continue to support clients long after launch with training and advice, which is why many have stayed with me for over a decade. Collaboration is central to my process. I partner with copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and marketing specialists so every site tells the right story and reflects cohesive branding. I also run workshops and provide ongoing training because I believe your website should be easy to use and evolve with your business.
