Workshop & Class Booking Terms and Conditions

1.  Bookings & Payments 

•      All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed upon full payment.

•      Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

•      We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2.  Cancellations & Refunds 

•      7+ days notice: Transfer to another date or receive a 6-month credit.

•      3–6 days notice: Transfer to another date (no refunds).

•      Less than 72 hours: No refunds, credits, or transfers.

•      Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

•      No-shows forfeit payment.

3.  Class Cancellations by Us 

•      Classes may be cancelled due to low enrolment, illness, venue issues or unforeseen circumstances.

•      Participants will be offered a transfer or full refund.

•      We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

4.  Health & Safety 

•      Workshops involve tools and equipment including saws, torches, and polishing machines.

•      Participants must follow safety instructions and wear appropriate clothing.

•      Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.

5.  Age Requirements

Standard workshops are suitable for ages 12+ unless otherwise specified.

6.  Materials & Pricing 

•      Class fees include materials specified in the class description.

•      Additional materials or upgrades may incur extra charges.

•      Precious metal prices are subject to market fluctuations.

7.  Photography 

•      We may take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes.

•      Please notify us prior to class if you do not wish to be photographed.

8.  Liability 

•      Participation is at your own risk.

•      Liability is limited to the cost of the class booking.

•      Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9.  Private Bookings 

•      Private workshops require a deposit.

•      Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
